Question 1

What does BidVexa AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

BidVexa AI is an AI tender employee for Indian MSMEs earning ₹1–₹100 cr a year. It continuously scans GeM, CPPP and the Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, UP and MP state portals, deduplicates new listings and ranks each tender with an explainable Fit Score. Bid tenders open as a bid workspace with an eligibility checklist, compliance matrix and technical response outline — yours to review, never filed on your behalf. Question 2

Does BidVexa AI submit bids on our behalf?

Accepted Answer

No — BidVexa AI is a teammate, not an autonomous filer. The bid workspace holds a draft until your team reviews, edits and signs off on the buyer portal; we never hold or sign with your Digital Signature Certificate. Our three trust guardrails explain why this is hard-wired into the product →

Question 3

Where does the data come from, and can we audit it?

Accepted Answer

Every line in a bid workspace is tagged: extracted from the tender document, supplied by you, AI-recommended or pending human verification. The audit log is yours, the lineage is yours, and no fact lands in the draft without a label. See the daily scanning workflow in the MSME bidder guide →

Question 4

Which portals does BidVexa AI scan?

Accepted Answer

GeM, CPPP and the Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, UP and MP state e-procurement portals — plus curated enterprise RFQ feeds for PSU-direct tenders. The free trial covers GeM plus one state portal (you pick), paid plans unlock the rest. Read the full state-portal coverage map →

Question 5

How is Fit Score calculated?

Accepted Answer

Every listing scores on eight transparent dimensions: product fit, geographic fit, turnover, past experience, certifications, tender value, deadline feasibility and historical fit. The breakdown plus any eligibility gaps surface directly on the tender card so the reasoning is always visible. See how a Fit Score of 92 looks on a real BHEL Trichy card →

Question 6

What if our profile is missing a certification asked for in a tender?

Accepted Answer

BidVexa AI lowers the Fit Score and flags the gap, then holds the relevant section of the bid workspace pending until you sign off. We never fabricate an IS-spec, NSIC registration or ISO certificate that doesn’t exist in your records. See how a manufacturer handles a missing IS spec →

Question 7

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most procurement teams are scanning within a single afternoon. You load your product list, IS-spec codes, capacity and certifications once; we set up the workspace the same day. Request an onboarding call →

Question 8

What does the free trial include?

Accepted Answer

30 days of GeM plus one state portal scanning, a ranked Fit Score feed and a fully-functional bid workspace — no credit card, no contract. The trial scans the moment your profile is in. Start the free trial →

Question 9

Can the procurement team use it on trial while we decide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The full set of bid workspaces is open during the trial; your procurement team can draft a bid end-to-end before the owner commits to a plan — no call required. Start the free trial →

Question 10

How is BidVexa AI priced?

Accepted Answer

Five tiers — Free, Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise — priced in INR per month, billed monthly. The Free plan covers a handful of tender analyses a month at no cost; paid plans add more monthly analyses, the full Bid Workspace, pricing intelligence and multi-user access. See pricing on the signup page →

Question 11

Do I need to talk to anyone before I start?

Accepted Answer

No — sign up, upload your company profile, and BidVexa's AI agents build your first ranked tender matches in minutes. If you'd rather have a human prepare a specific bid for you, that's available separately as Assisted Bidding, not a prerequisite to using the product.

Question 12

What happens when I sign up but I’m not ready to pay yet?

Accepted Answer

You stay on the free trial: GeM + 1 state portal, full Fit Score, full bid workspace, 30 days. When the trial ends your data and bid drafts stay put — pick up exactly where you stopped. Start the trial now.
