Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and the person signing up on its behalf) and BidVexa AI, which operates the service at www.bidvexa.in. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

BidVexa AI finds tenders from public and private sources, scores how well they fit your business, and helps you prepare bid documents. Tender information comes from third-party portals (such as GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement sites); we do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Always check the original tender and any corrigenda on the buyer's portal.

2. AI output and your responsibility

• Fit Scores, eligibility checks, pricing suggestions and drafts are recommendations, not legal, financial or professional advice.
• You decide whether to bid, what price to quote, and what to submit. BidVexa never submits a bid on your behalf.
• You are responsible for checking every document before submission, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• We do not guarantee that you will win any tender.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You must not upload false credentials or use the service to submit misleading bids.
• You must not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian Rupees, plus GST where applicable.
• Paid plans renew automatically through Razorpay (card, UPI AutoPay or e-mandate) until you cancel. We will remind you before an annual renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your data

You own your company profile, uploaded documents and generated drafts. You give us a licence to process them only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Availability

We aim to keep BidVexa available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Do not rely on BidVexa as your only reminder for a submission deadline.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost tenders, lost profits, forfeited EMD, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
